  • ABOUT THE WINE:Ā The fruit was sourced from the estates Wilyabrup and Karridale vineyards, both of which are sustainably farmed following organic practices. Cabernet Sauvignon (81.6%), Merlot (10.5%), Shiraz (4.7%), Malbec (1.5%), Petit Verdot (1.3%) & Cabernet Franc (0.4%). All the varieties were fermented separately in a mix of open and closed fermenters, and spent between 8 to 21 days on skins. Further aging in oak in separate batches took place until blending. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in barrel (12% new French). Juniper

Family owned since 1973 and under the stewardship of the Hill family from 1998, the estate now comprises three distinct sites from Karridale in the south to Metricup in the north. Juniper's philosophy is anchored in organic viticulture and a culture of innovation and collaboration in the winery. The Juniper Crossing sub-label sources fruit from around Margaret River to produce approachable, top value wines.
